Acceptable Use Policy

This Acceptable Use Policy applies to every user of Substify Services. It protects customers, Substify, infrastructure partners and the wider community. It must be read with the applicable Order Form, service schedule, Client Services Agreement and General Terms and Conditions.

Rules for lawful and secure use of Substify services

1. Core rule

Services may be used only for lawful, properly authorised business activities. Where a licence, registration, consent or authorisation is legally required, the Customer must obtain and maintain it and provide satisfactory evidence on request.

2. Prohibited activities

Illegal gambling or gambling activity conducted without a legally required licence or authorisation.
Child sexual abuse material, exploitation, trafficking or content that is unlawful to possess or distribute.
Fraud, theft, money laundering, terrorist financing, sanctions evasion or concealment of criminal proceeds.
Malware, ransomware, botnets, unauthorised access, credential attacks, phishing, denial-of-service activity or security circumvention.
Infringement of intellectual-property, privacy, confidentiality or other legal rights.
Unlawful, deceptive or abusive communications, spam or impersonation.
Hosting, processing or transmission of unlawful content or instructions designed to facilitate unlawful activity.
Use that materially threatens service integrity, consumes resources unreasonably or interferes with other customers.

3. Regulated gaming and other regulated businesses

Substify does not operate, manage or offer games of chance. Customers using Services in connection with gaming or another regulated activity must be duly licensed or otherwise lawfully authorised in every jurisdiction where an authorisation is legally required. They must comply with licence conditions, permitted markets, player-protection, AML/CFT, sanctions, technical, data and reporting requirements. Substify may request licence details, domains, jurisdictions, ownership, business model and evidence of ongoing good standing.

4. Security responsibilities

Use strong authentication and limit accounts to authorised persons.
Keep systems, software and endpoints reasonably secure and supported.
Do not share credentials or attempt to access another customer’s environment.
Notify Substify promptly of suspected compromise, abuse or unauthorised use.
Cooperate with proportionate containment, investigation and remediation measures.

5. Monitoring and investigation

Substify does not routinely inspect customer content except as necessary to deliver the Service, protect security, investigate a credible report, comply with law or enforce the contract. Substify may request information and preserve relevant records where legally permitted. The Customer shall cooperate promptly and accurately.

6. Reports of abuse

Suspected abuse may be reported to info@substify.cw with sufficient details to identify the service, activity, date and evidence. Substify may acknowledge and investigate reports but may be unable to disclose confidential investigative details.

7. Enforcement

Substify will use a proportionate, risk-based response where reasonably possible. Measures may include requesting information, issuing a warning, requiring remediation, restricting an affected function, suspending an affected Service or terminating for serious or repeated breach. Immediate action may be taken where required by law, a competent authority, urgent security needs, sanctions obligations or a credible risk of serious harm. Where permitted and practicable, Substify will notify the Customer and limit action to what is necessary.

8. Upstream providers

Certain Services depend on third-party infrastructure or software. A disclosed upstream acceptable-use or security requirement may apply to an affected Service where validly incorporated into the customer contract. No undisclosed website or supplier policy silently overrides a signed Order Form or permits retrospective restriction beyond the contract and Applicable Law.

9. Changes

Substify may update this Policy prospectively. Material changes affecting an active Service will be communicated in advance and take effect only as permitted by the customer contract. The version identified in the Order Form remains controlling unless validly replaced.
